
Ingredients
- Canned chickpeas, rinsed and dried.
- Curly Parsley bunch, stems removed.
- 1T Jarlic or 5 fresh cloves
- 1T Lemon juice
- 2t Baking Powder
- 2T AP Flour
- 2t ea. Cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, coriander, salt, pepper, paprika
Steps
- Pulse in food processor until dry sandy texture. After pulsing, taste mixture and adjust as necessary. Note: DO NOT blend into liquid or until smooth.
- Wearing gloves, roll into balls and lightly smoosh.
- Shallow fry in olive oil at 375F in batches, allowing oil to come back to temp between batches.
